I have been working with Bahadir for 5 months now (as ServiceDesk and IT-Infrastructure Mgr of SECO Group) and I did not regret 1 second to have hired him: one can always count on his professionalism, competences both on service desk and infrastructure side, his service oriented approach, his teamwork, his respect for everything, his discretion, his punctuality and flexibility, … and I could go on for a while ! He is really very well appreciated by all his colleagues and by all users within SECO-Group. I’ve worked alongside Bahadir for close to two years at BNP Paribas Fortis.
During this period we were tasked to plan, communicate and execute the monthly security patching on all BNP servers. As availability and security are key for a bank, caution and thoroughness were mandatory.
Bahadir’s knowledge on SCCM was a major asset to our small team. He also excelled in troubleshooting on servers where installation had failed. As I was less experienced in SCCM, he took the time to train me and show me around in SCCM.

Bahadir is, and always will be a fine colleague to work with. He’s been mostly working in SCCM at BNP Paribas Fortis where he did negotiate the planning, executed the distributions, and handled the aftercare independently and flawless. It’s not that obvious to handle and update a server park of 2500+ Windows servers mostly on your own, it definitely needs a solid underlaying structure and process. If I had to give a summary, I would say he’s technical, punctual, eager to learn, and always willing to lend a hand. Apart from that he’s got a good EQ and his heart on the right place, team player .. I’m pretty sure that he will be an asset for any company.
